Dailene joined the Eunoia Lane team in 2021 in the very important role as travel officer. Dailene loves a challenge and was once coordinating travel for the entire team from Karratha to Cairns and everywhere in between. A jack of all trades, Dailene soon progressed into a Support Coordination Assistant role where she was entrusted with many challenges and always rose to any challenge thrown her way.
Dailene has proven herself to be dependable and reliable, with a can do approach to any challenge she approaches. Dailene quickly became an accidental advocate always willing to impart her knowledge on her peers which soon saw her progress into a Support Coordination Role. Her vast experience in many roles means she is the office-go-to person when anyone needs a hand. Dailene is motivated and driven and loves being able to reflect on outcomes she has supported her clients to acheive.
Dailene was raised in Darwin and has a passion for the great outdoors. She spends much of her time with her daughter, with whom she enjoys playing rugby, camping, exploring the bush, riding quad bikes, fishing, and swimming. Dailene enjoys fish and chips with her loved ones on the Cullen Bay lawns and adores the beautiful Darwin sunsets.
