Deanne has over 15 years’ experience in the HR field, specialising in recruitment, workforce planning, leadership development, training, performance management, policy development and review, industrial relations legislation compliance and overall HR support.

De holds a Diploma of Human Resources Management, Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety, Certificate III in Community Services, Youth Work and Alcohol & Other Drugs and is currently completing the Australian Human Resource Institute Practicing Certification, which is an industry recognised program, equivalent to an AQF level 8 post-graduation qualification.

De’s areas of interest include Industrial Relations, Social Justice and Domestic Violence having spent many years working in the community services sector.

De has been in the Territory for about twenty years now and she loves spending time with her family, playing netball, watching any form of sport or watching crime documentaries.
