Eunoia Lane is a leading provider of Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination services for people living with disability in Northern and Central Australia. With more than eight years of experience and a dedicated team of professionals, our organisation provides quality, impartial support coordination services in the Northern Territory, Northern Western Australia and North Queensland. With offices located in Darwin, Alice Springs, Cairns and Christmas Island; our services reach more than 55 remote / very remote communities with travel to those communities occurring regularly. Our service takes a collaborative approach to service delivery, operating alongside a multitude of providers, mainstream services and community organisations to ensure that NDIS participants are linked with the supports they require.

Eunoia Lane has extensive experience in servicing remote and very remote locations throughout Northern and Central Australia. Approximately 70% of participants we work alongside are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. The team at Eunoia Lane are trained and experienced in delivering culturally safe services in both urban and remote settings.

Eunoia Lane have invested heavily in quality management and clinical governance in order to deliver best-practice services to the highest possible standards. Eunoia Lane takes pride in clinical best-practice with a team of tertiary qualified Specialist Support Coordinators, Team Leaders and Regional Managers.
