Cathryn was born and raised in the Northern Territory and lived with family in Darwin and various remote communities and regional towns including Alyungula and Port Hedland. Cathryn is proud of her wonderous Aboriginal heritage and family history with connections to both Borroloola and Ngukurr.

Cathryn joined the team at Eunoia Lane as a Support Coordinator in our maiden year of 2018. Cathryn progressed to a Team Leader position before taking on the role as Service Quality Executive.

Cathryn is an outstanding leader and advocate for promoting rights, dignity, freedom and choice for clients living with disability. Her outstanding work was recognised at the 2019 Disability Services Awards, winning the ‘Excellence in Advocacy and Promotion Of Human Rights Award’.

Cathryn has been the driving force behind cultural awareness, cultural safety, and best practice models of support for working with clients and families of Aboriginal descent. Cathryn is particularly passionate about Aboriginal health and well-being, connection to country, and connection to culture for clients.

Cathryn has a great sense of humour and loves a good laugh.
