NDIS support in Yakanarra

Eunoia Lane provides person-centred NDIS support in Yakanarra, working with people with disability, families and carers to plan support around individual goals, culture and everyday life. Yakanarra is a small Walmajarri community in the Fitzroy Valley, approximately 60 kilometres south-west of Fitzroy Crossing.

Support planned with Walmajarri community context

Yakanarra was established by Walmajarri elder Hanson “Pampila” Boxer and remains closely connected to Walmajarri Country. We take time to understand each participant’s preferred way of communicating, family connections and cultural considerations before discussing support options.

Its location in the Fitzroy Valley means travel, timing and practical arrangements should be discussed early and confirmed in advance. If you would like help to understand your NDIS plan, coordinate supports or work towards everyday goals, our team can talk through options that fit your daily life.
