Charlotte has been calling Broome home for almost five years and brings a kind, enthusiastic and welcoming approach to everything she does. She loves seeing the positive impact that the right support can have on someone’s life and enjoys finding creative ways to meet the needs of clients living in very remote communities.
One of the things Charlotte values most about her work is the opportunity to connect with people and learn more about their culture, history and communities.
Outside of work, Charlotte loves keeping active and can often be found freediving, spearfishing or doing CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting.
