Born in Canberra, Kelly grew up on Thursday Island, where she lived for 11 years. Her childhood on the island remains an important part of her story and helped shape the warmth, perspective and strong sense of community she brings to her work and life in the Territory. Kelly is a qualified social worker with a background in case management and child protection; she is passionate about supporting participants to achieve their goals.
Kelly’s passion for supporting people and helping them thrive continues to shape her professional development, and she is further expanding her expertise through studies in play therapy.
Known for her warmth, generosity and enthusiasm, Kelly is a valued member of the team who brings people together, often as the creative force behind memorable office social events.
Outside work, Kelly enjoys just about every sport, including pickleball, touch football, swimming, running and cycling. She is currently combining her love of fitness and adventure as she trains for her next triathlon.
