Support Coordination in Remote Northern Territory Communities
Eunoia Lane provides NDIS Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination across the Northern Territory, from Darwin and Katherine through to remote communities on the Tiwi Islands, in Arnhem Land, the Barkly and Central Australia. Our coordinators travel to the communities they support, so participants work with someone who knows the local services, the local providers and the people on the ground.
