Support Coordination in Top End and Arnhem Land Communities
Eunoia Lane provides NDIS Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination across the Top End, from our Darwin office through to the Tiwi Islands, West and East Arnhem Land, the Daly River region, Katherine and the Roper. Our coordinators travel to the communities they support, so participants work with someone who knows the local services, the local providers and the people on the ground.
