The Kimberley presents a particular set of problems for participants: a small number of providers spread across an area larger than most European countries, seasonal road closures that can isolate communities for months, and plans written without much reference to what's actually deliverable on the ground. Our coordinators work with those constraints openly, and build plans that hold up through the wet.

Support Coordination. We help you make sense of your NDIS plan and turn it into services — connecting you with providers, negotiating agreements, obtaining quotes, and tracking your funding against your goals.
Specialist Support Coordination. A higher level of coordination from qualified allied health and nursing staff, for participants in crisis, in complex circumstances, or during significant transitions such as leaving school, leaving hospital or moving home.
Where we travel
From Broome we support participants on the Dampier Peninsula and across the wider Kimberley, including Derby, Fitzroy Crossing, Halls Creek and surrounding communities. Wet season access shapes a lot of our planning — we'd rather schedule realistically than commit to something the road won't allow.
Working respectfully in the Kimberley
The Kimberley has one of the highest proportions of Aboriginal residents of any region in Australia, and a long history of services arriving with their own ideas about what's needed. We try not to repeat that. We work through community and family, we use interpreters where language is a factor, and we treat local knowledge as the starting point rather than something to be consulted after the fact.

We're based across Northern Australia with a permanent office in Broome. Our coordinators work under the NDIS the same way in WA as in the NT and Queensland.
