Our Cairns office on Spence Street is Eunoia Lane's base in Far North Queensland, supporting participants in Cairns and across the wider region.
Cairns has a deeper provider market than our other locations - which changes the job. Here the difficulty is less about whether a service exists and more about finding the right one, holding providers to their agreements, and making sure a plan's funding is being used on things that are actually moving someone toward their goals. That's coordination work in the proper sense.
What we offer in Cairns
Support Coordination. Help understanding your plan, connecting with providers who suit you, negotiating service agreements, obtaining quotes, and monitoring how your plan is tracking.
Specialist Support Coordination. Delivered by qualified allied health and nursing professionals, for participants managing crisis, complex circumstances, or transitions such as leaving school, discharge from hospital or a change in living arrangements.

What's the difference between Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination? Support Coordination helps you implement your plan and connect with providers. Specialist Support Coordination is a higher level, delivered by allied health or nursing professionals, for complex or crisis situations. If you're not sure which is funded in your plan, we can help you read it.
Can I change support coordinators? Yes. You can change providers at any point. If you're currently with another coordinator and it isn't working, you're welcome to call us.
