Eunoia Lane has worked out of Darwin since 2018. Our Winnellie office is the base for a team that covers the greater Darwin region - Palmerston, the rural area, Humpty Doo and Howard Springs - and travels regularly to communities across the Top End.
Darwin is a small market with a wide reach. Participants here often need supports coordinated across long distances, between providers who don't always talk to each other, and around wet season access. That's the work we do.
What we offer in Darwin
Support Coordination. We help you understand your NDIS plan and put it into practice, finding providers who suit you, obtaining quotes, setting up service agreements, and keeping track of how your funding is tracking against your goals.
Specialist Support Coordination. Delivered by qualified allied health and nursing professionals for participants in crisis, in complex circumstances, or moving through a major transition. This is a core strength of our practice and one of the reasons we're referred to.
Occupational Therapy. Functional assessments, capacity building, and reports to support plan reviews and equipment requests.
Where we travel
From Darwin our coordinators regularly reach Palmerston, Batchelor, Adelaide River, Katherine, the Tiwi Islands and communities across West and East Arnhem Land. If you're in a remote community and haven't been able to find a coordinator who will actually come to you, talk to us. We'd rather have the conversation than have you go without.
Working respectfully in the Top End
More than a third of Territorians identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, and in remote NT communities that figure is far higher. We invest in our team's cultural competency because it's a precondition for doing this job properly here, not an add-on. We work with interpreters where they're needed, we take direction from families and community, and we don't assume a plan built in an office will survive contact with someone's real life.
