Eunoia Lane provides NDIS Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination across Far North Queensland, from our Cairns office out to Cape York Peninsula and the Torres Strait / the Gulf / Tablelands. Our coordinators travel to the communities they support, so participants work with someone who knows the local services, the local providers and the people on the ground.
